The Osram Nav-T super is a high quality pure sodium lamp that provides light in the orange / red spectrum which is ideal for flowering plants. Although pure sodium lamps can be used throughout the vegetative and flowering stages, for optimum results we recommend using a metal halide lamp for the vegetative stage and a high quality sodium lamp like this one for the flowering stage.

This lamp is ideally suited for use during the flowering stage.
