This listing is for a 600mm white built under oven housing. Constructed from 18mm MFC with any one of 7 gloss finishes. See below for more details

DELIVERY POLICY

Small items up to 1.5kg and under 600mm long (2 feet) are sent by Royal Mail First Class unless the value of the goods is such that we require a signature.

Orders up to 20kg are sent by a National Carrier on an overnight delivery service. We send you an email to confirm dispatch of the goods which are all sent on an ‘overnight’ service to you. If you have special delivery arrangements please let us know so that we can inform the carrier (eg leave with neighbour on left). A mobile telephone number is a must so that the driver can liaise if there any problems.There is a tracking system in the event of emergency of a lost package etc.We are surcharged for deliveries to Northern Ireland, the Highlands and Islands, deliveries to these areas may take longer. Please note that delivery times quoted are for working days not including Saturdays, Sundays or Bank Holidays. Christmas and the New Year are also difficult times for prompt deliveries.

Palletline. For larger items and quantities we use this method of despatch. Palletline use 7.5 tonne lorries with a tail lift. The driver will help you unload as best he can. He will have a pallet trolley but it cannot be used on uneven surfaces such as gravel. You can unpack the individual items off the pallet whilst it is on the lorry. If this sounds daunting do not worry it is quite simple and the goods do arrive undamaged. A mobile telephone number is a must so that the driver can liaise if there any problems.

These kitchen cabinets are supplied complete from our contract range for convenience of storage, space and delivery. They are supplied Ready to Assemble all from 18mm High density MFC including the backs. For maximum storage reasons 8mm is supplied for the backs. The gloss doors are made in Italy and painted to an incredible lustre. Cheap gloss doors are usually manufactured using vinyl foil which when applied to MDF can give an "orange peel" effect. If you compare the two side by side it is easy to spot the difference. The paint finish also stands up better to household chemicals and cleaners. One wrong application on a foil door could scrap it!

LEAD TIMES

The factory processes all kitchens on a weekly basis and dispatches all orders every Friday. On complete kitchens sent by Palletline you would normally receive delivery on or before the following Wednesday. To receive your kitchen units within this time scale we need your order to have been processed by 11.00 am on Monday of that week. Orders for smaller quantities are dealt with in the same manner as we do not hold any stock of completed units everything is held in component form.

RETURNS POLICY
Returns are NOT accepted for these items as the cabinets and doors are specifically selected and machined for each kitchen. As a special manufacture we cannot accept any cancellations whatsoever. Please do not order if you have any doubts. You are more than welcome to view our kitchens at our Coventry City Centre showroom and see the quality.
