In the unlikely event, the lamp/lamps you receive get damaged in transit or are faulty, I will be happy to exchange or refund upon return of item/items.

Having said that, I buy these lamps direct from Sylvania and they all date coded, so I will know if the returned lamp is the one I supplied.
