Combined Postage
I combine postage by deducting .50p per additional item purchased. This is automatically deducted at checkout providing you pay for all your items together. Taking account of the low product prices I charge, and including postage, I think you will find I offer a combined price that is hard to beat.
Payments
I accept Paypal, cheques and postal orders. These payment options are available for selection, when you have made your purchase.
Payment must be received within 7 days of purchase otherwise I reserve the right to relist the purchased item. If paying by check / postal Order use the ‘pay now’ button. You will be presented with my address, details along with the option to pay by cheque / postal order.
Delivery
All orders paid for by 13.30 hours Monday to Friday will be dispatched same day. Orders received after 13.30 hours will be dispatched next business day. Public holidays will generally be the only reason to affect the date and time of posting.
I will not be responsible for delays by postal or courier services so long as I have dispatched your order within the stated working times.
Any item “lost in the post” will not be acknowledged by Royal Mail until 10 business days after posting. At this point I will make a claim on your behalf, against Royal Mail, for the loss. Once Royal Mail have substantiated the claim a refund or replacement will be sent at your discretion.
If your purchased item is returned to me, by Royal Mail or other courier, as “not collected” you will incur the re-delivery fee.
Feedback
Your feedback is important to me. In the unlikely event something is wrong with your item, please contact me before leaving feedback. I will endeavour to rectify any queries or problems you may have.
Using Selling Manager enables me to automatically leave feedback once I have received feedback. This saves me from having to manually leave feedback for each sale. So please leave feedback and you will automatically get feedback returned.
