7 Days of receipt

Our standard returns policy is 7 days from the date you received the goods from us. In the event that you wish to return an item to us, you will be liable for the cost of shipping the item back to us and any refund we make will be for the purchase price less the original cost of shipping to you. Refunds will only be made if the goods are in as new condition, have not been used, and the packaging has not been opened or damaged in any way. We offer a returns policy in the event that the goods are deemed 'dead on arrival' - i.e. the goods are faulty when first taken out of their packaging. We must be notified within 48 hours of delivery otherwise we cannot accept liability for 'dead on arrival' goods. Before contacting us please ensure that you have read the relevant product manual and followed the manufacturers instructions. All our goods are covered with a minimum 12 month manufacturers warranty. In the event of a fault occurring outside of the 'dead on arrival' criteria, but within the warranty period, then these will be dealt with directly through the individual manufacturers.
