Delivery
Parcels are delivered between 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday.  Your address must be complete including house number and postcode, if our Parcel Force system does not recognised the address and you have not supplied us with a telephone number to contact you, we will have no option but to cancel your order.

The person who signs for the parcel must check the condition of the contents as damaged items cannot be exchanged after you have accepted them.  If the contents are damaged please refuse the delivery and they will be returned to us at no cost to you.  Please telephone us immediatly to discuss replacement delivery.

We often find that having your parcel delivered to your work address is very convenient as there is always someone to check and sign for your parcel, but don't forget to inform your colleagues there is a parcel coming for you.

If your parcel is returned to us because the address was incorrect (example you gave the wrong postcode or house number) or you were not in at the time of delivery extra postage costs must be paid by yourself.

If you are having doubts about your address please do not hesitate to call us on 01274 869955 and we will be more than happy to check your address against the Parcel Force database.

If you require a faster next day delivery please contact us with your requirements as our products are usually dispatched next available working day.  Due to demand please allow upto 5 working days for standard delivery.

Collections
Collections in person are more than welcome to save yourself the postage, all we ask is that you telephone (01274 869955) first to confirm we are available.
Shop Hours: 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday, Weekends by special appointment.

Payments
If you would like to send us a cheque, please remember they take 5 working days to clear before your order can be dispatched.  But postal orders will be dispatched and delivered on our normal delivery terms.  Do not forget to put the item number, full name, address and telephone number with your cheque/postal order.
