there really is no need to leave bad feedback  if you have no asked for a problem to be sorted out for you
it is quite sad when people do when they have never informed you of a problem.
Problems and mistakes do happen and they are never deliberate
so anything can be resolved wheather is is a itme lost in the post, listed wrong, broken and a refund needed 
all this things can be sorted out with a little time  and  the buyer communicate the problem
