6 hatching eggs SILKIES chickens gold/silbar/bearded

Silkies are wonderful, friendly, docile birds which are ideal as pets, for children, and for small gardens. Despite their lovely soft "furry" feathers they are quite tough and very easy to keep. They are also handy gardeners - they will mow and scarify your lawn, eat all the pests, provide loads of free fertiliser, and of course eggs for your breakfast. And the chicks are just adorable.

The hatching eggs on offer are from my free-range mixture of gold (some bearded, some not), light red and silbar silkies. They are young birds, healthy and vigorous. However, as everyone selling eggs on ebay warns, fertility can be affected by conditions during postage which are obviously beyond my control. Allow the eggs 24 hours' rest at room temperature, blunt end upwards, before incubating.

In view of the postal chaos at the moment I would strongly recommend postage by Special Delivery. Ordinary First Class seems to be taking between 3 and 10 days at the moment. Personal collection is welcome if you live near enough (OX25 6)
