I will ONLY accept returns if I have SIGNIFICANTLY MISDESCRIBED an item or I have omitted to mention a SERIOUS defect. In the case of musical instruments please be aware THAT I AM A PRIVATE SELLER AND NOT A BUSINESS and the comments I make regarding the quality and sound of an instrument are entirely my own opinion and I will not accepted a return on the basis that your opinion differs from mine. Please also be aware that most of the instruments I sell are very old instruments and you can expect there will be some defects which I always try to comment on.
I will only consider a refund once I have received the item back and it is in the same condition as it was when I sent it.
I will not be responsible for the postage costs incurred in returning goods, that will be the buyers responsibility.
