We accept Payment by Paypal which is our preferred Payment Method.  However we do accept Payments by Postal orders as well.  Before sending a Postal Order please provide all your details on a piece of paper.  For all Postal Orders we need Buyers Address, User Name, Item Number & title so we can proceed dispatch ASAP.  If we dont get this information it can lead to severe Delays.

Shipping

All our goods are packed using the latest technology and wrapped securely to avoid damage.  All our goods under 1.5-2.0KG are sent Via Royal Mail services.  However if item weigh more than 2.0KG approx are sent via courier such as DHL and Parrcelforce.  Sometimes there can be delays due to holidays and weather problems.  So please allow some extra days for delivrey before contactin us.

Returns

Genuinely faulty goods will be replaced or money refunded, however we must be advised of any faulty goods upon receipt of the item. It is the customers responsibility to pay for and ship the item back to us. If the item is found to be faulty.  Also faulty items must be returned withing 7-12 days.
