Orders received from outside of the UK please allow upto 28 days for delivery.
Orders & Delivery
Due to the high volume of orders that we receive and the Post Office please allow upto 7 working days for delivery but orders should arrive sooner, most orders are despatched within 24-48 hrs of cleared payment.
Orders place before 11.30 Mon - Fri are usually despatched the same day after this time they will be despatched next working day.
Cancellations & Returns
E.J.Direct appreciates that there will be times, when you need to return damaged only items that you have purchased from us, for either an exchange or refund. Our policy is very clear and is stated below.
Before any goods are returned you must notify the company in writing and obtain a returns number. Each case will be treated individually, at the discretion of the company, and there maybe a restocking fee of 20%.
If any product arrives damaged then e-mail us within 2 days of receipt clearly stating your reason for return.
For your own protection ensure returned items are sent by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery quoting your returns number.
