Our products are bulky and heavy and are therefore relatively expensive to ship with couriers. However, we charge out carriage as competitively as possible.

We typically deliver orders within 2 working days of cleared funds. We use a next day courier service for smaller orders and a 48 hour pallet carrier service for larger orders. As with all couriers it is not a guaranteed service and errors and late deliveries can occur, in the event of this please contact us and we will do our best to sort it out.

Genuinely faulty goods will be replaced or money refunded, however we must be advised of any faulty goods upon receipt of the item. It is the customers responsibility to pay for and ship the item back to us. If the item is found to be faulty, we will also refund the postage cost.
