A set of six Victorian English sterling silver table forks, fiddle, thread and shell pattern, single struck but heavy gauge (2.7 Troy each fork), nicely monogrammed to the terminals, made in London in 1838 by Mary Chawner.

At 8.1 inches / 20.5 cm long, weight is 16.2 Troy oz / 505gm. Apart from wear commensurate with age, the condition is excellent, a small amount of tine wear as shown.
