Payment Details - We accept Paypal, Cheque or Postal Order as methods of payment from UK buyers. For non UK buyers Paypal is the only acceptable method of payment (we regret that we cannot accept cash or cheques from outside the UK). Payment should be made within 7 days of auction ending/order being placed, unless previously agreed via e-mail. The seller will confirm receipt of payment via e-mail.
Postage & Packaging – We aim to despatch items the next working day from clearance of payment. The buyer will be notified by e-mail intended date of despatch. Proof of posting is always obtained by the seller. Please note that postage & packaging charges cover ALL costs incurred in despatching, i.e. Actual postage cost, all packaging costs (padded envelopes, bubble wrap, bags, parcel tape, labels, etc.), time involved in packaging/labelling, time and costs involved in taking items to Post Office including fuel.
Save on P&P Costs! - We are happy to combine postage and packaging for multiple purchases thus saving you money! Where possible P&P can be combined when more than one item is purchased and the items are despatched together. Please request 'total amount to pay' when you checkout and I will be happy to send you a combined invoice showing P&P discount.
Delivery Problems – The seller always obtains proof of posting. If you are concerned regarding non-delivery of your order, please contact seller by e-mail, where we will assist you in any claim you may have against Royal Mail. The seller cannot be held responsible for items that arrive late due to the Postal Service. In the unlikely event that your order has been damaged in transit, please contact the seller immediately via e-mail.
Returns – If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact the seller immediately with details. Unwanted items should be returned within 7 days in unopened/unused condition for a refund of the purchase price. All postage and packaging costs will be the responsibility of the buyer.
Feedback – We always leave positive feedback once payment has been received as we feel that it is an important information tool to buyers and sellers alike. If you are happy with your purchase and/or the service provided, we would appreciate your feedback also.
Unpaid Items – Orders not 'checked out' or that remain unpaid 10 days after auction end/order being placed, and where no alternative payment terms have been agreed with the seller, will be registered as unpaid with eBay. Unfortunately, if the order still remains unpaid/unresolved the order will be cancelled and an unpaid item strike will be issued to the buyer, and negative feedback will be left.
