    We post out small items 5 times a week, Monday - Friday..  By Royal Mail

    Heavy items go every day and are collected from us by couriers like DHL

    We use their economy service (3 to 5 days from collection) this means your item could take the full 5 days.  We have spent a lot of time to keep down the price of shipping as you can see from above, 

    If you need your item even faster we can send 48 hour delivery at an additional cost, email for price.

     

    Insurance

    We only quote shipping without insurance. If your parcel is lost or damaged we will do our best to assist you in claiming but we will not accept responsability for the loss or damage, and SORRY we will NO LONGER REPLACE.

    IF YOU WANT INSURANCE COVER PLEASE ASK FOR IT AND WE WILL REQUOTE POSTAGE WITH INSURANCE, SMALLER ITEMS WILL HAVE INSURED OPTION IN POSTAL CHARGES BELOW. ALL INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS NOW WILL ONLY BE SENT INSURED
