We are a small UK family business, specialising in providing a wide range of unique MP3 accessory products for wholesale and Retail - focusing mainly on the MP3 accessory market. We pride ourselves in sourcing unique good quality products for your mp3 players – that cannot be found in your main stores. Most of these will be our own brands, and therefore save you money by not having to pay inflated amounts for ‘branded’ accessories.Our entire team is genuinely proud of the work they produce and our daily satisfaction is receiving feedback from you our customers and exceeding your expectations in every way.We strive to achieve the highest standards of quality and care right from our workshops through to our customer care team and direct to you. We accept payment by: Credit or Debit Card (via Paypal), Paypal, Postal Orders, and cheques. Prices include VAT.We use our Ebay's recommended 3rd party auction management software 'Marketworks' All buyers must use the enhanced checkout process after winning the auction - else risk delay to their shipment-We do not send manual Ebay invoices to you after winning, as we prefer you to use our enhancedcheckout after the auction. Goods sent overseas outside EU are declared at sales price excl postageas per your local country requirements - any import duties are your ownobligation and responsibility

All prices are in UK pounds sterling (GBP)- to covert to our localcurrency apply the local exchange rate - USD approx 1.75: 1.

The default postage method is royal mail first class - this does not bear anyinsurance nor will you receive a tracking number - should you require insurancethis is available during the checkout.

For peace of mind, we recommend strongly that you elect the recordeddelivery service. We are not responsible for non delivery ofuninsured goods, although we will work with you and royal mail to resolve allnon deliveries.

As per Royal Mail terms and conditions, we can only deem an item lost in themail after 16 days (Overseas 30 days). If you paid for recorded mail delivery,you will be requested to complete a non-receipt form prior to any replacementbeing sent.

We have an optional insurance at the checkout that you can add or subtract.This starts at £1.50. When this is selected then you are opting into ourworld-wide insurance policy that states we will resend the goods after 16 daysof non delivery without having to wait for the full royal mails claims processto procure (can take 2 months!), prior to us resending a replacement - its themost hassle free option.

Please DO NOT bid or purchase if you find ourpostage cost unreasonable, we set a base line amount to ensure we recover ALLour distribution costs, not just the cost of the stamp. We will file non payingbidders against all buyers who do not pay for their item.

Genuinely faulty goods will be replaced or money refunded (Subject to conditions), however we must be advised of any faulty goods upon receipt of the item. Subject to conditions, you are entitled to use our free return service described in the link below. 

When returning stock please complete a Returns Authorisation FormFaulty Goods: If the item appears faulty within 28 days of receipt you will need to return it to us so that we can send a replacement. After this period you will need to contact the manufacturer for advice on return.Unbranded goods carry a 3 month guarantee only, and can be return to us for exchange. On receipt of faulty goods in their original packaging we will issue a refund of the purchase price less the postage element of the invoice if a replacement is not required.Non-Defective Earphones cannot be returned once opened (for hygiene reasons)Unwanted Goods: Under the Distance selling act, within 10 days these can be returned for a full refund (less postage) for any reason. After 10 days we reserve the right to refuse opened and/or unwanted goods, or to charge a discretionary re-stocking fee of £2.50 or 7% of the value of the goods, whichever is the greater. We will gladly however swap the unwanted goods for other itemsPostage: We Pride ourselves in a FREE UK (un-insured) return service. However to ensure we receive them, we recommend that All returned items must be sent by recorded post, as we are not responsible for un-received goods. The cost of returning items recorded is the responsibility of the customer – You should always contact us if you are unsure if you can return an item to us. Returns must be accompanied by the return form. Failure to use the return form as specified in our T&C, will forfeit your right to any compensation. We aim to process returns within 10 daysWe will at our discretion, for Goods that are returned between 14-30 days unused/unopened, offer an exchange service - exceptions may apply, please obtain approval first. This extended period is to cover non-UK salesPlease review our returns policy, from our Returns Authorisation Form. All goods must be returned according to its instructions. We will not explain this by email, and expect you to send the goods back with the form completedPlease note we have a £2.50 admin / restocking fee to process all refunds (where exchange is not requested)- we may waive this in certain circumstances.

We specifically disclaim any implied warranties of title, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Customers should satisfy themselves that any item choice made is suitable for their intended purpose or use. We pride ourselves on our customer service. In the rare event that you have a problem with your item please contact us and we'll be happy to help.All i-nique branded hardware products come with a Lifetime Warranty, which meansthat if for purpose of bad workmanship, or defect, you can return it to us foran exchange. It does not pertain to normal wear and tear, or misuse. Pleasenote: the Lifetime Warranty excludes electrical type products, earphones and batteries
