Other seller offering cheap and free deliverys beware as they may be sent by the big carriers, with our past experience 75% of beds end up damaged due to the nature of the product even though they are totally solid it can not stand this type of delivery service. This bed will be delivered direct by a local courier company who handle the goods with care.
If your order is urgent please contact us before bidding, as we do have certain areas that can be delivered on our express service.
The express areas are mostly London and surrounding areas, also the midlands should be covered faster than our 14 working days).

Yes, all our beds are solid oak with no veneer, Please look out for others that may appear to be solid oak but may be just advertised as oak, these are normally oak veneer, also some beds are shown as solid beds with Oak finish finish these beds are usually a cheaper hardwood that looks like oak rather than solid oak. |

Sorry, no. Due to our excellent prices and feedback (proof of quality), we cannot offer a shop service at these prices. This is why the same beds cost much more on the high street due to shop overheads. |

There may be some delays during Bank Holidays and festive seasons.
Payment
We accept debit cards with no surcharge, credit cards carry a 2.5% surcharge. We call every one of our customers personally to take payment so please be patient (especially after weekend sales) as we will have a huge backlog to clear during the early part of the week. At busy times it may take 3 working days for us to contact you for your payment. We no longer accept personal cheques due to the delays these cause to our system. We do not accept PayPal as we personally call every customer to book-in their delivery. Debit and credit cards allow faster processing through our system.
Faulty goods/transit damage: In the rare circumstances a part of the bed may be faulty or become damaged in the delivery process. If this happens, we would require a digital picture of the problem along with the bed size, name and colour. Also we need the batch number which can be found on the box or the underside of the bed's feet. We will then do our best to replace this part with a new one. The faulty/damaged part must be replaced in its original box. We will then arrange collection of that part at a convenient time.
