All items described as accurately as possible. Normally all images are of the actual item being sold, but please check the auction details as sometimes one item is photographed and then the image used to sell subsequent units. Payment:

We accept Paypal for online payments, details supplied when item won. Paypal Payment is fastest and preferred. We can also accept Postal Orders for UK bidders for UK delivery. We try to dispatch items within 24hrs of payment Items are dispatched normally by Interlink Courier. Please make sure the address you specify for delivery will have someone available during working hours, as courier deliver requires a signature. We can send to a work or home address. Small items may come via by Royal Mail, Royal Mail Recorded or Special Delivery instead. In the unlikely event that an item or package arrives damaged, please write down on the dockets that the item is damaged when you sign for it. Please retain damaged packaging as this will be required in order to claim for the transit damage. 

Stock:

We are an active fishing tackle company, so there is always a small possibility that salespersons may sell items that are being listed on Ebay. We try to avoid this overlap where possible, however the chance is there. In the very unlikely event this happens, we will immediately end the auction. We are currently selling off surplus items that are no longer required within our regular stock lines. Any warranty offered at all on the items will be stated clearly in the main auction text. 

Problems or returns:

If you have a problem with any item bought from us or wish return it for any reason, please email tackletrade@btconnect.com  and we will try and help. If an item is accepted back for return, postage/delivery charges are not normally refunded. Thankyou for your time and custom.
