SATISFACTION GUARANTEE

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt and ship it back in its original condition with all packaging intact within 7 days via royal mail. A full refund of the purchase price will be issued upon receipt and inspection of the merchandise. However, shipping and handling is refundable only in case of faulty items otherwise buyer is fully responsible for return shipping cost.

We accept payment by Paypal, personal cheque or postal order . Buyer is expected to notify seller of payment method within 3 days of end of auction and payment must be received within 7 days of auction end. For international buyers, we accept Paypal only. If you are bidding on multiple items, please notify us by e-mail and wait for the final combined invoice before submitting payment. please also note if you pay pay by e-cheque it takes 7 -10 working days.

Buyer is responsible for all shipping charges on purchased items. We make every attempt to ship all items within 2 business days after payment has been received. You will receive an e-mail confirmation once your item has been shipped. The items must be purchased within 3 days period and must be paid for with one combined payment. All merchandise is shipped via first class mail royal mail. Insurance on shipment is optional but recommended, we are not responsible for uninsured packages lost or damaged by the postal service. For international buyers, please contact us for shipping cost prior bidding if you have any doubts. If your item arrives damaged or is delayed, please contact us immediately and save all packaging, documentation, packing slip etc. They will be used to verify the claim if there is any problem with your order.
