Here we have a quite exceptional FULL SET of 6 solid silver dessert spoons.Hallmarks are somewhat rubbed though all are legible.Each is assayed in London.

All are year letter u for 1795 and by sought after makers Peter & Ann Bateman.Length is smaller than normal at 6.625 inches. 

All are delightful pieces!

This lovely set is of exceptional quality and each is a most delightful piece of table silver.

Weight of actual silver is 190 grams (6.11 troy ounces),each piece is made of thick gauge silver throughout. 

Each spoon is wonderfully crested with the same unusual engraving. 

The condition is excellent,stems are thick and strong and bowls of good shape. 

Perfect for making up a canteen. 

The pattern is the ever popular old english.

A truly beautiful and most wonderful ANTIQUE GEORGIAN SET.
