If our postage costs seem high it is because the postage includes much more than just the cost of a stamp. Also included in the price of the postage is; the cost of the packaging, transport costs, labour costs and any other overheads. We have put these costs on posting to keep our Ebay fees down, this will ultimately, as you can see, give you the customer greater savings.

All orders received before 11am will be sent same day. Items ordered after this time will be sent next working day. Orders are not processed for shipment on weekends and holidays.

We use Royal Mail Standard Services and there is a choice between 1st and 2nd class postage. Our standard service is 2nd class.

Products weighing more than 2Kgs are sent using Interlink. Please contact us for Scottish Highlands or Northern Ireland shipping surcharge for parcel over 2kg. Please do not be mad if we contact you for extra, however, you have the right to cancel the order if the shipping is too much.

In case of multiple purchases, the shipping calculator will automatically offer you the best shipping while completing the checkout. If by error you are overcharged for shipping, we would refund you the same after evaluating your case.

All of our electrical items are UK  mains plug unless it stated otherwise.

Please note that batteries are non-refundable if they are not sealed.

·         We stand behind every product we sell.  If you're not pleased with your purchase, we'll be happy to make an exchange or refund.

·         For any exchange or refund, we need the original receipt or a record of the purchase in our system, and the product must be in its original condition, including the box, UPC bar code, packaging, and all the accessories.

·         Open batteries are not eligible for returns. For hygiene reasons we cannot accept headset returns.

·         Please allow up to 10 business days for returns to be processed.

·         Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.  Please include full name, address details and any reference with your return including your reason for returning your item.
