If an item does not arrive within 28 days we shall send a replacement.

If an item does not arrive within 10 days we shall send a replacement. Stock levels

Although we do try to keep our stock levels high occasionally items may sell out.

Normally products are back in stock within a few days.

The item must be returned in its original condition and packaging.
