Payment
We accept the following payment methods: PayPal, Nochex, Bank Transfer (contact for details) Post Orders, Cheques are welcome however goods will not be dispatched until the Cheque clears (approx 5 to7 working days) Credit/Debit Cards.

PayPal only for all transactions outside of the UK. 

Payment should be made within 7 days of the sale/auction ending to avoid unpaid item disputes. If there is a genuine problem please contact us.

Shipping

Postage charges are for the actual postage/shipping cost with only a few pence added to cover packing materials. We are happy to combine postage costs and give postage discounts for multiple purchases. It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure a correct delivery address is given. Small items are usually sent via Royal Mail either 2nd Class with a 1st Class option available in most listings Large, heavy or weighty multiple purchases we use Royal Mail Parcels or Courier delivery – whichever is most economical for the customer. Couriers will require a signature for the goods, if no one is at home during the day please give an alternative address for delivery – all items returned as undeliverable will only be re-sent upon receipt of an additional shipping payment. Overseas we use Royal Mail Airmail – Surface Mail is an option. We do not accept PO Box numbers as delivery addresses in UK or abroad. The collection of goods from our premises is offered by appointment only. Under normal circumstances purchases are posted within 24 hours of cleared payment – often purchases are posted same day (normal working hours)

Returns/Refunds

We hope you are delighted with your purchase but in the unlikely event that you are not we offer a refund on return policy. Please contact us within 7 days of receipt and BEFORE returning the item to us.

Unless the item is faulty or damaged return postage is the buyers responsibility.

All items returned for exchange/refund must be in as received condition – unopened/unused.
