Returns policy - Items MUST be returned unused, unopened and undamaged. Contact by email MUST be made prior to return and confirmation required before sending. Returns will not be accepted without prior notification. Contact should be made with 7 days of receiving the item. Used, opened or damaged goods will not be accepted for return without prior consent. Returned items MUST be received with 7 days of contact. Please note that items returned undelivered due to incorrect address or items that have not been collected from an appropriate depot as per delivery instructions left at the address given, can be re-delivered at buyers expense or credited for (minus the delivery fee). Please ensure that the address supplied for delivery is correct as errors cannot be corrected once a transaction has been completed. Exceptions to the above will only be done at the sellers discretion. |
