UK  customers

Postage rates include postage and packaging and are charged at cost. If you make multiple purchases, I offer a very good postage discount so please email me before checkout so I can send you a combined invoice. I cannot offer discounts after you have already paid. Methods of payment accepted are paypal, cheques and postal orders.

Europe and Ireland postage

I charge a flat rate of £2.50 postage to customers from Europe or Ireland. Each additional item is charged at an additional 50p reduced rate postage (Only for orders paid for on the same invoice and sent in the same parcel). Paypal payments only

Worldwide postage

I charge a flat rate of £3.50 for customers who order internationally. Each additional item is charged at an additional 75p reduced postage rate (Only for orders paid for on the same invoice and sent in the same parcel). Orders over £10 must be paid for by international signed for.  International signed for is charged at £6.50 plus an additional 75p for each additional item purchased in one transaction. Paypal payments only

Please note that some larger items may be exempt from these postage rates but this will always be clearly stated in the listing.

Delivery time may be delayed during busy periods. Occasionally items get lost in the post - if you have not recieved your order after 10 days (UK) or 20 days (overseas), then please contact us. Refunds If you are not satisfied with your item please return it to us within 14 days for a refund (Sorry we cannot refund postage costs).
