Postage

UK Postage is by Royal mail or Royal Mail parcelforce and is charged at cost (I do not make money on postage). Packing is charged at a flat rate of fifty pence per order. Europe and worldwide Postage is charged at a flat rate. Please see postage and packing page for details

Delivery

Deliveries usually take place within 3 days after payment is recieved except in the case of cheques (see above). Delivery time may be delayed during busy periods. Occasionally items get lost in the post - if you have not recieved your order after 10 days (UK) or 20 days (overseas), then please contact us.

Refunds

If you are not satisfied with your item please return it to us within 14 days for a refund (Sorry we cannot refund postage costs). Please email us to let us know that you intend to return the item with a reason if you wish.
