New Old Stock.
Brand New New-Old-Stock. Front Brake Pads. These fit a fairly narrow Age Range for the Sports Coupe Gen1 and Lantra. Suitable for Sports Coupe Gen1 Built From 01/10/1997 To 31/08/1998. Also for Lantra Built From 01/10/1997 To 01/04/1998. Make sure these Pads are correct for your Car. If in any doubt, let us know and advise your Car's VIN and we will check it for you.

accompanied by a Valid RMA Number or our Goods-In Security will Refuse

If the item was
Purchased by us on a VAT Invoice, then we have to charge a VAT Component.
However, we always now include VAT in our eBay and
Web Site Prices whenever it applies so you do not need to add
this to the Sale Price. The Price we show therefore includes VAT
whenever it is applicable.
What you See is what you Pay.
For UK Buyers, when VAT applies, a VAT Invoice will be provided so that you can
claim the VAT back if you are VAT Registered.
If you are outside of the UK and within the EEC and also VAT
Registered, we may be able to Ship the Goods with VAT deducted.
Please make Contact and advise your Address and EEC VAT
Registration Number. Please note that the Goods must be Shipped
to an EEC Address with a matching Valid EEC VAT Registration
Number for VAT to be Deducted. We cannot ship to a UK Address in
this case.
If you are outside of the EEC, we may be able to Ship the Goods
with VAT deducted. Please make Contact and advise your Address
and other Contact Details. Please note that the Goods must be
Exported by us for VAT to be Deducted. We cannot ship to a UK
Address in this case.
If the item was not Purchased by us on a VAT Invoice, then VAT
will not usually be charged. In that case, a Certified Invoice
will be provided making it clear that VAT does not apply, and
none can be reclaimed. Our Sales Email will always show when VAT
applies, and the amount that can be reclaimed, subject to minor
VAT Rounding issues between Sales Email Total and Invoice Total.
The two Totals will always match, but the VAT Component may
differ by a small amount. In all cases, VAT is only finalised
upon generation of our Invoice. Email VAT Totals are for
guidance only, but will not differ by more than a few pence at
most.

Carriage Charges: |

Carriage, where
applicable, is charged on Top of the Item Price. Please refer to
the eBay Sale Main Listing Details for Carriage Charge details,
as some items may have a Special Carriage Cost if they are very
Large, Heavy or Bulky.
The above Standard Charge covers Shipment of the item anywhere
to the UK Mainland. In any event, for the latest Prices and Carriage details, please refer to our Guide Below:

Our Standard Charge is usually for an Insured and Fully Tracked Service. A Consignment Number and Web Tracking URL will be emailed on
Despatch unless otherwise stated. The Package is our responsibility until Signed for by
the Buyer when it is Delivered, after which our liability for
Loss or Damage during Carriage and Shipment ends. Please inspect
the Package on Delivery, as once Signed for, the Buyer is deemed
to have accepted that the Goods have arrived in good condition.
Delivery is usually made Next Working Day, but this timescale is
not Guaranteed. If you need Delivery to be made on a Certain Day
(Mainland UK), please refer to our MotorMoor Carriage and Shipping Guide.
Shipment to UK Highlands and Islands will incur an additional
charge over any of the Standard, Timed or Saturday Charges
above, as will carriage outside of the UK. We can ship to the
EEC and also anywhere in the World, but please Contact us
first for a Price.
Carriage VAT may be deducted for Export and EEC VAT Business
Shipment, as outlined above for the Item itself.
Goods to UK Highlands and Islands, the EEC or beyond the EEC
will be charged at Cost Only. Please contact us for a Price
stating your exact Postal Address including any Post Codes, ZIP
Codes or other References.
Carriage Charges on Multiple eBay Items:
We are more than happy to Combine Carriage Charges for Multiple Purchases
if you make Contact to let us know. Once Payment has been made
for an initial item and the Package Shipped, we cannot then
Combine Carriage Charges for subsequent items with the initial
item. Our Carrier may by then have been Booked, or may already have Collected the initial Package.
Valid Contact and Address Details:
To ship an item, you must let us have your Full Contact Details,
especially if these details are not clearly provided via eBay or
PayPal. We must have your Full Name, Business Name (where
Applicable), Full Postal Address, Postcode and details of your
Land Line Telephone and also your Mobile Telephone Number if you
would like these details added to the Delivery Note. Our Carrier
can then Call you if they have any problems finding your
Address.
Please also ensure that your email address is Valid, as we will
be sending you Consignment Number details via email. If your
email is down for any reason, we can also send you an SMS
Message, or Fax or we can also use eBay Messaging.
Your Contact Details will not be added to a Marketing Sales System, and we
will not release them to any 3rd Party Mailing Lists.
Failed Deliveries to Unoccupied
Addresses:
All Packages must be Signed for. If nobody is there to Sign for
the Package, the Delivery cannot be made. We will always try to
re-book a 2nd Delivery attempt Free of Charge if at all
possible. However, if the Goods are Returned to us because
nobody was there to Sign for the Package, then a 2nd Delivery
Charge may be required before we can attempt a further Delivery.
Damaged Deliveries:
In the event of a Damaged Delivery, please
do not accept or sign for the Package. If you have
signed, then claiming against our Insurance becomes much harder.
At the very least, you will need to send us an Image of the
Damaged and Unopened Item before we can even begin to Submit a
Claim against our Carriage Insurance. In any event, we cannot
Authorise a Return or Refund unless we issue you with a Return
Merchandise Authorisation (RMA). Any Packages arriving here
without a valid RMA will be refused automatically by our
Goods-In Security.
Collections from us:
This is not usually possible, as we are a Web based business and
the Goods are not always held at our own Locations before
Shipment. Some items Ship direct from our Distributors. We have
no Shop or Collection facilities at this time. We may open a
local Collection Point in the future, and will update this
Section if so.

To deter Otiose
bidders, this Auction or Sale is limited to eBay Accounts who
also have a PayPal Account. Likewise, all of our eBay Listings are usually Restricted to Shipments within the United Kingdom. If this is a major problem for you,
please make contact to discuss, as we can remove any such Buyer Restrictions on a per bidder basis.
Rest assured, anyone who is open, honest and genuine will be
offered all the help we can give them to allow them to purchase
and/or submit a Best Offer. We will monitor all Communication,
Offers and Bids in any event, and will delete and block any
dubious Bids, Bidders or eBay IDs that appear to be suspect.
Please do not hesitate to make contact via Ask Seller a
Question, as we are quite happy to tell you anything you
want to know. Our email communications are probably second to
none, but you have to make contact to set the ball rolling.
In any event, if you have less than 10
points, please make contact before bidding or
submitting Offers or else we may well block your eBay ID.
Negative feedback bidders will be cancelled and blocked
automatically. We have lost fees in the past through malicious
or inexperienced bidders, so have had no option but to impose
these restrictions.

We take great care
over Security for both our own benefit and for the safety of
Buyers. Please note the following:
- We use email as the
Primary means of Communication, to ensure all Correspondence
is kept in writing so that we can always validate and
substantiate anything we say.
- Credit and Debit Card
details are not stored Electronically, so there is nothing
to hack on our Network.
- We do not answer Telephone
Calls if the Number is withheld. We cannot tell who is
calling. Please leave a Message if genuine and we will Call
or email you back.
- We operate an IP Security
Policy, so all emails are checked to verify that the
Sender's IP or Domain is valid and not Spoofed. Fraudulent
emails are always reported to the relevant Authorities such
as the Police, eBay and/or PayPal.
- Unsolicited Commercial
Sales Contact via eBay Messaging is always reported to eBay.
- We never Post your
Personal Details in eBay Auction responses, so please do not
worry about sending us Contact or other details via the "Ask
Seller a Question" Links. We will never Publish such details
to an Auction.
- All Items are carefully
Imaged, and we archive these Images for future Reference. We
can always prove what was sent and in what Condition.
- Serial Numbers are always
recorded, and some items are also Security Marked so that we
can prove if a Returned Item is not the same as the one we
sent out.
- Copy Invoices can be sent
out via PDF and email, should you ever need Copies in the
future. For example, if you have a Theft or other Loss, and
need to verify a Purchase to your Insurance Company.
Likewise, we can also usually provide Web Images of the item
to support any such claim.

Contact within the first 24 hours, and settle the Payment
within 3 Days. We will extend the Payment timescale for
Payment via Cheque or other issues, provided you make Contact to
let us know before going ahead with the Purchase.
Our preferred method of Payment is always a Cash Deposit
directly over the Counter at any Branch of Barclays Bank. This
is simple, free, accountable via a Bank Receipt, secure and
clears instantly. However, we can accept Payment via most other
means, such as: Debit Card, Bank Transfer, Cheque, Credit Card
and PayPal.
The following Payment Methods are usually available, subject to our Prior
Agreement if not Listed as an Option in this Sale:
- Cash Deposit to any Branch
of Barclays Bank plc. We will advise our Bank Account
details via email.
- Debit Card (Delta and
Switch and any similar Cards).
- Bank Transfer via CHAPS:
please note that CHAPS is not always same Day, and can take
24-30 hours depending on Bank and time the Transfer is
booked.
- Bank Transfer via BACS:
please note that BACS can take between 2 and 7 Days,

- Cheque: we will allow
additional time for Cheques to clear, provided we are
