Suited to heights up to 5ft 6ins.

Commonly used for use in Yoga, Pilates, gyms, birthing and home fitness. 
I am a perosnal trainer and fully endorse these balls as being an effective and reliable tool in losing weight, toning up and building core stability. As these are anti - burst they are much safer and sturdier than standard balls on the market.

- pump not included - requires common hand or foot pump with appropriate adaptor

Please note - when inflating the ball, do not over inflate on first day. Inflate to nearly full then leave or use for a few days before re inflating to maximum 55cm size. It may look small on first inflation but this is due to the material being tough (anti burst) and it needs time to soften and wear in. Do not over-inflate - inflate to55cm maximum diameter. The ball circumference should be around 1.74 meters.
