Please note that I aim for 100% customer satisfaction and will do everything in my power to make sure your dealings with me are fair, above board, and enjoyable. In the event that you are unhappy with the items supplied please contact me by email in the first instance to try and resolve the problem. Unfortunately any dispute has to be notified to me with in 7 days of the date of sale, any returns have to be returned within 14 days of close of sale and must include the original packaging, the buyer pays for the return postage. Unless otherwise agreed before hand.

I reserve the right to charge a restock fee for any item that has not be damaged, and is returned simply because you no longer require it, this fee is usually 10% of the final value excluding postage. If its my mistake you don't get charged this fee.
