This car has been owned by my wife for the last 3 years and has covered a total of 73,000 miles. It has a full service history, the next service is due in November. It also has a full years MOT. Tax is valid until August and is very cheap (only£115 for the last year). Fuel economy is also amazing for the size of car, we get 50-55mpg on the motorway at a steady 70mph and 40+mpg around town.

The car is in fantastic condition both inside and out. There is not a single dent to be seen, there has been the odd stone chip which has been touched up as soon as they are spotted. The car has been lovingly looked after and this shows in its condition. The car has just about every conceivable extra fitted which are listed below.

The sat nav system is operated via the touch screen or by the Jaguar voice control. It will accept destinations in either street name /number or postcodes, It also allows you to set a home location and allows you to asign points of interest, of which there are hundreds pre programmed, or you can pick your own! When Low fuel light comes on it automatically shows you ther closest Fuel stations on the map. Navigation instructions are displayed on the screen and by voice, the voice can be switched off if required. There are many other features with this Sat Nav System, far too many to list here.

The Jaguar fit Phone is a real bonus. It can be operated by the touch screen, voice control or by the handset located in the center armrest. It will accept any network Sim card either contract or pay as you go. It automatically mutes the car radio / Cd and uses the speaker system and built in microphones. Private calls can be taken on the handset itself. Amoung other features it has a phone book which can be accessed by the touch screen, handset or voice control.

The Jaguar voice control module is a rare factory fit option. It allows you to control much of your electronic equipment with you voice using pre set commands. Simply touch a button on the steering wheel, speak your command and a voice will confirm your order. There are hundreds of commands available all of which are listed in the supplied handbook.

A few examples of the types of command available are:-

"Changer play disc 6 track 5" - CD changer moves to disc 6 and plays track 5

"Navigation zoom in 3" - Navigation system map zooms in by a factor of 3

"Climate control 23 degrees" - Alters the air con temperature to 23 degrees

The car is also advertised in the Autotrader, It is priced there at £8495. Bidding starts here at £7000 If it does not sell in the trader then it WILL sell here on Ebay for whatever the final auction value is in 7 days time. There is NO RESERVE set.

As mentioned the car is really in fantastic condition, I have depth checked the tyres and they have 6 mm of tread on the rear and 3mm on the fronts. The small switch that alters the angle of the headlights is missing (see pic below). Its probably only a couple of quid for a new one but as we live no where near a Jag dealer we havent bothered with it. If I am really picky there are a couple of places where the chrome coating has peeld away on the inside edges of the front grill. This can only be seen up close and at an angle.

The car comes with all handbooks, documentation, radio codes and service record all contained in it origianl wallet. It even has a full HPI check from when we first bought it. There are also two Remote key fobs, which operate the remote locking (double click for deadlocking) They also have boot release and a button to switch on and off the headlights to guide you to your front door!

Yes we have the V5. The car was bought by my wife on 18.08.2005 and there is no outstanding finance on it.

Co2 Emissions are 149G/KM (Thats why the tax is cheap)

The MOT was done on 08th May 2008, It wasnt due but thought it best to sell with 12 months. No work was required for the MOT.

In the 3 years that she has owned the car it has only covered around 12,000 miles. Its true most of these are short trips to work but as it is a diesel I have also given it a regular run to work which involves motorway speeds.

The reason for sale is because she is looking to own a sports car again.
