1. I ONLY ACCEPT PAYPAL, so please if you don’t have an account DO NOT bid and let real people buy my items, otherwise you will be reported to e-bay.
2. Notice to Paypal users: We will ONLY dispatch to the address you have registered with Paypal, there are no exceptions to this as we are bound by ebay and paypal codes of practice.
3. Payment MUST be sent within 48 hours of the auction ending, otherwise will be reported to e-bay and the item reenlisted.
4. Item (s) will be sent same day or next day at the latest. (You will be informed when the item is posted).
5. PLEASE BE AWARE that if you choose a postal service with no insurance we cannot help you if it is lost in transit, similarly if you choose insured postage we can only reimburse you up to the level of the chosen cover, Recorded Delivery = £38 and Special Delivery = £500. Although we try very hard to keep our P&P charges as low as possible it is worth remembering that P&P covers more than just POSTAGE. There is also the cost of Packaging, Labels, Staff costs, and Transportation.
6. All items are tested before listed for auction. Any claim of damage to goods must be noticed at the time of delivery, and notified to us with 24 hours of delivery. Goods returned without prior authorization may be refused upon delivery. Goods authorized for returns which have an alleged fault will be repair or replaced. These goods will not be refunded unless you had the item insured when first posted. We can not guarantee life on a product, especially if bought as refurbished or used. The buyer will be liable for the cost of return and for the subsequent cost of having the item shipped back to him/her (£….) no matter what the cause of return (P&p are NOT negotiable).

Battery life is not guaranteed. We won’t respond to any complaints regarding the battery. We only guarantee that it will be working on arrival unless otherwise stated in the auction.

Where goods supplied are still under manufacturer's warranty, then the buyer must exercise the warranty directly with the manufacturer and NOT with us.
