Payment

PayPal only please. I cannot accept cheques, cash, or any other form of payment for eBay sales.

Delivery

I try to keep postage charges fair, and offer the options of first or second class delivery, or to send by airmail within the EU. I send orders same or next day. I do try to get to the Post Office on Saturday mornings to send parcels, but that can't be guaranteed.

If you order multiple items then you will only be charged once for postage. There is no charge for postage of larger orders.

I am responsible for ensuring that items sent by me are received by you, as is legally and morally right. Very occasionally items do get lost in the post. If this happens then, after a two week period, I will offer the choice of either another parcel being sent or a full refund given.

Returns

I'm happy to accept returns. So long as the items are in the same condition as received I will willingly provide a refund or exchange. Refunds will not include postage charges except in circumstances in which you received the item damaged or not as described. There is no fee for returning goods. I do ask, however, that items are returned as they are sent (i.e. in a padded envelope and beads are double-bagged). Please contact me before returning items.

I cannot take responsibility for items which you are returning which are lost in the post.

Problems

Please contact me in case of any problems. I try to make both my descriptions and photographs as accurate and as representative as I can. If I fail in this, please let me know and I'm certain we can resolve the matter.
