This Bread improver contains Sourdough for a Delicious "Old Style Loaf" .It is excellent in a Bread Maker or for making Bread by Hand.

The finished Loaf will be very very airy and light and will even make RYE BREAD more airy and light

In the Exhaustive tests carried out in a Bread Machine the mix size was reduced to stop it rising through the lid!!

This Improver contains evrything you need apart from Flour,Water Yeast. No messing about with salt, fat or Milk Powders

You can use any of my improvers or mixes in a machine or by hand to make your bread.

What's a bread improver? its a mix of the essential ingredients your dough needs to develop properly in the short time a bread making machine takes to make the dough, without them you usually end up with bread that's heavy and has a stale texture. You can easily use them for hand or Kenwood style kneading aswell.

Hello Emma it all sounds good stuff you sell,i used to make the sourdough with my own starters up to a couple of years,hurt my thumb lost my starters and from then on it's been Bread Machine.Family miss the taste  and texture of the sourdough,and of course the fragrance of the bread.So it will be good to make it again.Happy bread making and i hope your days run smoothly.All good wishes

 

Since purchasing your bread improver I can't believe how good it is.Been using my machine for many years now but now the loaf is really excellent .I baked a Rye Loaf today added 2 teaspoons-result fantastic-the lightest Rye Bread i have ever tasted

• Payment is expected within 7 days
• We accept Paypal, personal cheques, postal orders .
• Overseas buyers must pay either by paypal or by english cheque
• No payment and no contact within 7 days will mean a non-paying bidder notice being sent to ebay,

• Smaller items will be sent Royal Mail 1st Class, many people get the item the day after ordering, heavier bulkier items will be sent via our Insured other courier
