About Us

We are a one-stop shop offering one of the largest variety of beads, findings and jewellery making items that you will find on EBAY in the UK.

Based in Lowestoft, we are a small family run business operated by a husband and wife team plus a small number of part time staff.

We import stock from all over the world including China, Czech Republic, India and the USA.

Whilst we prefer Paypal we also accept payment by cheque and postal order. Payments should be sent to our business address which is:

The postage discount only applies to combined invoices.

Please wait for a combined invoice before making payment as EBAY checkout does not always work out the postage correctly. We normally combine invoices at 9pm each evening.

We dispatch orders every weekday. Orders paid for on Fridays and over the weekend will be sent first thing Monday morning.

All orders are now sent by first class post. There is an option for second class if you postage if required. 

Please allow 7 days for delivery, before contacting us, if you do not receive your order.

Postage costs are based on the item with the highest postage rate plus 15p per additional item. Plier sets are excluded from the combined postage discount. If you wish to purchase more than one set of pliers please contact us for a postage quote before purchasing.

Returns

We hope that you will be happy with your purchase. However, in the event that you are not totally satisfied, or have simply changed your mind, we offer a full refund on the return of the item/s. 

We request that you email us before returning any item as we occassionally take holidays which may result in a delay in dealing with returns/exchanges.

Please return any unwanted item, in original condition, within 30 days of receipt, and we will refund your payment in full. 

If items are not as described or faulty we will refund return postage but please contact us by email to advise us of any problem first.

Items should be returned using second class post. Please include a note of your user id with any returned items.
