This concentrate is dead easy to use and will give you a very soft/fluffy style loaf or rolls similar in texture/ taste to the soft batch style ones you see in shops.Thats because it is designed just for soft bread or rolls, its an improver and conditioner all in one, it has all the ingredients to make superb soft bread and rolls, just add flour,water,yeast...no messing with fats,milk powders,salt,sugar etc.,AS ITS ALL INCLUDED in the improver,no more mistakes!!!!

You can use any of my improvers or mixes in a machine or by hand to make your bread.

Why not mix the dough in the machine, pull it out and make some tasty batch rolls in the oven...dead easy.

Your bread or rolls will stay fresher for longer without artificial preservatives.

You don't even need a breadmaker, it just makes life easier!!

One of our friends has just tried the soft style improver.  She is very impressed and is talking of ordering some, so you may get another customer in South Anston.  She couldn't believe how it improved the size of her loaves.

Hi Emma sorry for delay - have been away for the bank holiday. The product is great - I have just moved to UK from New Zealand where I can buy flour improver ready mixed with fast action yeast so I was disappointed to find that I couldn't buy it here. Luckily I've found your site and therefore can have yummy soft bread! Look out for further orders.

• Smaller items will be sent Royal Mail 1st Class, we are loyal supporters of our local post office!. If you buy from us you will also  be supporting to keep  local post offices open, rather them being closed down!!, a lot of post offices are closing and a lot of this is due to using other couriers for a few pennys less. So Please support your local post office!!
•  Most of these are designed to fit through your letterbox and many people get the item the day after ordering, heavier bulkier items will be sent Parcel post, this takes 3-5days.
• Overseas items will be sent Airmail and take 7-10 days (they usually arrive within a week)
• If an item doesn't arrive, If it has gone missing Royal Mail requires that we wait 15 working days after postage before claiming, you will of course be offered a replacement or refund. We always keep the proof of postage.
• Remember that at Christmas and other bank holidays it may take slightly longer to arrive.
