50G SAMPLE CIABATTA BREAD IMPROVER/DOUGH ENHANCER

This Ciabatta concentrate is enough to make 1 x 500g mix (1x 2lb), which will make 6 to 8 Tasty Open Texture Italian Ciabatta breads, you just add the flour, water, yeast.

Its really easy to make (unlike the traditional way) you simply mix the dough in whatever machine you have, pull it out into a bowl, allow to rise, tip out onto the worktop, press out and cut up, allow to rise again and bake.

Then enjoy the lovely medditeranean taste just like mamma used to make!

Greetings from Prairie Home. I hope you're doing well. Just wanted to let you know I tried the Ciabatta mix yesterday afternoon when it came and was very pleased with it. We had company over for dinner and they carried on about how good the bread was.

What's a bread improver? its a mix of the essential ingredients your dough needs to develop properly in the short time a bread making machine takes to make the dough, without them you usually end up with bread that's heavy and has a stale texture. You can easily use them for hand or Kenwood style kneading aswell.

 

• Payment is expected within 7 days
• We accept Paypal, personal cheques, postal orders .
• Overseas buyers must pay either by paypal or by english cheque
• No payment and no contact within 7 days will mean a non-paying bidder notice being sent to ebay,

• Smaller items will be sent Royal Mail 1st Class, many people get the item the day after ordering, heavier bulkier items will be sent via our Insured other courier
