All auctions items must be paid for within 3 days of purchase. We currently accept paypal, however we will also accept cheques and postal orders from customers within the UK. Cheques and postal orders must be made payable to the Auldhill Soap Company. We shall provide our full address to any customer wishing to use this method. Please note that personal cheques can take up to 10 working days to clear in our business bank account. Unfortunate we have no control over this, this is our bank policies - not our own. All goods will be sent once funds have cleared.

Postage of your item will take place on either on a Monday or a Friday. As we run a busy manufacturing workshop and online business we can not do postal trips every day of the week.

We also offer our customers the chance to use our courier delivery option. This entitles the customer to purchase as many items as they wish for £7.99. This is the cost of one parcel, delivered within mainland uk weighing up to a maximum of 20 kilos. If your parcel requires more than one box, is to be delivered out with mainland UK or weighs over 20 kilos then this price will be increased as per the courier guidelines. If you are unsure of how much it will cost, please email us and we will endeavour to answer all questions promptly.

You should never have a problem with our items, if however you do, then please contact us in the first instance and we will happily sort it out for you.

We do offer a returns system. If you purchase a brand new item from us under our shop categories and are unhappy with your purchase you can return the item to us within 7 days of receipt for a full refund of the item and also the initial postal cost. The cost of the return of the item will be met by the buyer, unfortunately we are not in a position where we can also cover this postal cost.

Our auction items are all listed to be true and accurate. If you do wish to return any auction item to us then we will refund the full auction price and initial postal price paid that was paid. However the cost of returning the item to us will not be covered.

We love leaving feedback for our customers, and in return we love having feedback about our products. We are proud of what we make and we love to hear when people enjoy our items. Feedback is left for buyers once they have left feedback regarding the item they have purchased from us.
