This is a breadmix that's enriched with Omega 3 fatty acids, all the press recently have been reporting the active benefits of Omega 3 poly-unsaturated fatty acids, these are essential for a healthy heart and arteries, they are also reported to reduce the risk of cardio-vascular disease and possibly improve memory and other brain functions.

If that wasn't enough, this mix also contains other healthy grains like linseed and rye with oats and spelt flour giving a delicious flavour with the added benefit of them being high in fibre.

This is not a complete Mix you do have to add the following!

You only need to add Flour ,Water and Yeast to this product for that great Healthy Bread!
