RETURNS POLICY

  • In the unlikely event that a product is faulty and needs to be sent back you MUST contact us detailing the problem. An email will be sent to you with the RMA instructions. Products returned without prior authorisation will be refused.

    Our opening times are as follows;

    • Monday to Friday - 9am to 5pm

    • We are closed on Saturdays, Sundays and Bank holidays.

    Emails will be answered as soon as possible (Normally within 5 hours) during the course of the working day.
