For Samsung HDD, the faulty unit can be claim at any local Samsung service centre. Please email us for more details.

WARRANTIES WITHIN 30-DAYS

The faulty HDD can be claimed by 1-to-1 exchange within 30-days notification.
The faullty external casing can be claimed by 1-to-1 exchange within 30-days notification. After the warranty period, a minimum charge will be incurred on the replacement casing.

Buyer(s) responsible for ALL return postage fee and shipping charges.
Shipping handling and insurance fees are non-refundable.
