All items will be dispatched within 24 hours of us receiving cleared payment. We always ensure dispatch is made within 2 working days - Monday - Friday. We do not dispatch on weekends or bank holidays.

For further information I will send out an email on receipt of payment and again once the item is dispatched, please read these to help with delivery.

All items are sent on a signature required service (via Royal Mail recorded delivery or our courier City Link), please check the item before signing or write that the item has not been checked.  If you sign as receiveing the package in "GOOD CONDITION" it is often difficult to claim against the carrier in the event of it being damaged.

We hope you will be please with your purchase.  Should you wish to return anything bought from us, we will be happy to refund or exchange a product provided it is in a fully resaleable condtion.* 

Returns should be made within 7 days of receipt and in the original, undamaged packagaing.*  Please use a signed for service as Froden Aquatics accept no responsiblity for goods returned to us that are not received. 

If you are returning the goods due to them being unwanted, we do not refund your original postage cost or pay for the return postage, if you receive a faulty, not as described or damaged** item we will pay for the return postage via Royal Mail recorded delivery, pay to resend the replacment or give a full refund with both postage costs being covered.

In the event of an incorrect delivery or damaged goods please contact us within 1 days of receipt.

We will always do our best to ensure you receive the correct goods and in perfect conditon.

*If we find that the product has not been returned to us in a fully resaleable condition, in the original packaging, we reserve the right to refuse a refund.

**If the goods are received from City Link we only pay for the return if you have signed for it as UNCHECKED on arrival, although if you have not signed as UNCHECKED you can pay for the return and we will send out a replacment on receipt of the goods.
