All products are new and packaged accordingly. 
Products supplied remain the property of jws merchandising until the purchase price has been paid in full.

We will do our best to correct any errors and omissions relating to the description of the products advertised on this web-site or occurring in your order. However because of the advanced technology required to process your order we cannot accept liability (except as set out below) for any errors and omissions and reserve the right to change any of the details on the website at any time. Warranty.

All products are new and provided with a 30 day warranty or 12 month Manufactures Warranty for electrical goods unless otherwise stated in the item listing. In the event of a claim, all customers must send an e-mail (stating order number and buyer user ID) to our customer services team at sales@jwsmerchandising.com  where full instructions for collection/replacement/refund will be provided.
