Communication :- We try to answer all emails via ebay,  ( but the odd email seems to disappear in to the ether ) this way we have a record should ebay or paypal need to see them.

Dispatch time :- PLEASE do not confuse dispatch time with delivery times. Dispatch is after you have paid & the time it takes to leave these premises, delivery times have nothing to do with us, we will do our best however to send you a tracking number if available or scan and send you a copy of the postal receipt, if you feel that your order is taking longer than normal, please email mail us via ebay, If a problem arises at this end for some unknown reason, you will be informed via email via ebay.

Dispatch :- All orders received and paid for before 4pm Monday to Friday, will be dispatched the same day. Any orders received after this time will be dispatched the next working day. This excludes plublic/bank holidays in England, were these occure it will be the next working day.

Orders by DHL/FED-EX or other, you will be informed when they have left here.

Postage and packaging charges :- A sore point with some ebayers, we do our best to charge the amount that Royal Mail say it costs on their web site send your item.

Royal Mail delivery times, you will get an email via ebay for us to say that your item has been dispatched, that is it has left here, 1st class 1 to 2 working days, 2nd class 2 to 3 workings, Royal Mail do not consider you item lost until 14 working days after it's due date, so if it were posted on Monday the 2nd of November, they would not consider it lost until Friday the 20th of November, it may be longer as this time dose not include bank holidays, this is when we can put a claim in and either refund you the total amount or re-send your item.

Return Policy :- You must contact us via ebay only, in all circumstances, you may have been sent the wrong item/s, the item/s may be defective, but do not return the item/s with out contacting us via ebay first, as you will not be refunded if you send the item/s back to us with-out contacting us first, in the event that after contacting us, we need you to return you item/s, you will need to pay the return postage, if the item/s are found to be defective, you will be fully refunded for the cost of the item/s and the postage in both directions, if after contacting us you decide to return you item/s as you ordered them by mistake or no longer want it or them, you will need to return them un-opened to us, you will be given a refund of the item/s and the postage that you paid to have them sent to you only, you will not be refunded  the return postage.
