Anwendung von Fugenkreuzen für Bodenplatten

Die hier angebotenen Fugenkreuze werden für die mörtellose Verlegung von Bodenplatten (auf Dachterrassen, Terrassen, Balkons und Gehwegen) verwendet.

Als Bodenplatten werden hauptsächlich Platten mit 40 x 40 cm aus Betonwerkstein ( 4 cm stark, gestrahlt ) , Granit ( 3 cm stark, geflammt ) und Keramik ( 2 cm stark ) verwendet. Noch größere Platten aus Betonwerstein mit 50 x 50 cm sind dann 5 cm stark.

Voraussetzung ist ein starkes und gut verdichtetes Splittbett, dass genügend Wasser aufnehmen kann, damit im Winter keine Aufwerfungen durch Frost eintreten. Da die Fugen der Bodenplatten bei dieser Verlegungsart offen bleiben und das Oberflächenwasser schnell unter die Platten gelangt, ist die schnelle Wasseraufnahme durch das Splittbett enorm wichtig.

Wichtig ist auch, dass die erste Plattenreihe besonders sorgfältig verlegt wird, damit die nachfolgenden Reihen die Anfangsfehler nicht fortsetzen. Bei Bodenplatten mit 50 x 50 cm werden auch 6 mm-Fugenkreuze mit 35 mm Höhe eingesetzt. Für Parkflächen (ebenfalls mit Splittbett-Grundlage ) werden 30 mm-Rasenfugenkreuze mit 55 mm Höhe verwendet.
