Despatch: All items leave us in perfect condition within 5 days of ordering , we use Royal Mail for small items and couriers for larger orders. Although the post is usually reliable occasionally things do go missing! Should your item not be with you within 7 days please contact us so we can try to locate it! (we don't know its missing unless you tell us :-)!)
