Pricing and Payments

All prices are in UK pounds sterling. Payment is only acceptable in pounds sterling. 

Payment and Ownership of Goods

Goods remain the property of the-toy-dude until paid in full.  If your issuing bank declines your credit card or cheque payment, we will treat the order as cancelled.  If you are paying by cheque, the goods will be despatched ten days after the day we receive your cheque to allow for clearance through the bank. Payment by postal order or bankers draft will be treated as cleared on day of receipt. Payments made via PayPal will be treated as received on the date they clear into the-toy-dude account.  Please note e-cheque payments made via PayPal take considerably longer to clear into sellers PayPal account than credit/debit card and balance payments.

All payments should be received within 7 days of the auction ending.  Should payment not be received within these timescales we reserve the right to open an unpaid item dispute via eBay to reclaim seller’s fees.

Feedback

Positive feedback will be left for all bidders once payment has cleared. The-Toy-Dude pride themselves in providing a good quality products with a high quality customer experience, if you feel that this has not been achieved please advise so that we can work to resolve any problems by contacting us via the my messages function in eBay so that the issue may be resolved before leaving neutral or negative feedback.

Dispatch Times

All items paid for by 9am will be dispatched same day all items paid for after 9am will be dispatched next working day.

With special delivery, if you pay for an item by 9am you will receive your item next day before 1PM (Mon – Friday excluding bank holidays and subject to royal mail exclusions).If  items are paid for after 9 AM you will receive your item the day after next (Monday – Friday)

Postage Costs and discounts.

All postage prices are detailed at the bottom of each listing however, on larger or multiple items larger discounts may be available so please request a quote for postage via the my messages function, advising of country to be delivered and timescale of delivery and I will provide a quote.

UK Postage Options

1^st Class Standard Delivery – Delivery usually between 1 and 2 days after dispatch please note this is not an insured service, and delivery times may vary especially over the holiday season.

Special Delivery – This is a guaranteed next day delivery service ( subject to dispatch times and not available for Saturday deliveries) with insurance value of £250

International Postage Options

All international orders will dispatched by Air Mail – delivery times vary based upon buyers location.

Insurance options UK

If you would prefer an insured delivery service, please select for either:

·         The optional insurance of  £1.00 for recorded delivery which will insure the item/s up to the value of £32; or,

·         The special delivery postage option which will provide insurance up to the value of £250, this is also a next day delivery service (subject to the dispatch details provided above).

Both these options require a signature upon delivery and as such cannot be provided to PO Box addresses.

Please note that only the item value is covered by the insurance and not the delivery fees.

International Insurance Options

If you would prefer an insured delivery service, please the optional insurance of  £3.70 for International Signed for service which will insure the item/s up to the value of £36;  this option requires a signature upon delivery and as such cannot be provided to Po Box addresses.  Please note that only the item value is covered by the insurance and not the delivery fees

Returns Policy

In the unlikely event you are unhappy with the item you receive, please message via ebay to receive a returns number and details of the returns address, items returned to us within 14 days following this process, will be provided with a full refund of the item purchase price via the same method as payment was received. Postage both outgoing and returns will not be refunded unless the item is faulty. No responsibility or refund can be made for items lost or stolen whilst in transit to us.

Packing Errors

In the unlikely event that the goods you have received do not reflect your order, please accept our sincere apologies and contact us immediately via the my messages function to rectify the situation.

Damaged in Transit

If your goods have been damaged in transit, please contact our customer services department via the my messages function on eBay.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation of orders will be accepted prior to despatch.  Once the item has been posted, cancellation cannot be accepted.
