Our standard delivery times are 3 to 7 days. Although in most cases we deliver well in advance of this. If you you need a faster delivery than this, please contact us to arrange. Otherwise you will be scheduled into our standard delivery times.

We offer a full 7 day money back guarantee but the goods must be returned within 7 days, in as new, un-opened condition. When the goods arrive back to us, a full refund minus our carriage costs and our ebay fees will be given. The carriage to return the item to us is also at your own cost and up to yourself to organize, we do not organise the carriage back to us. If an item has been especially ordered in for you and is not a standard stock line it is excluded from the 7 day money back guarantee. An extremely hot pepper with unique flavour, measuring 3.5-6cm long and 2.5-5cm wide. Matures from green to white.

PLEASE NOTE: ALL SEED PACKETS ARE SUPPLIED WITH SOWING AND GROWING INSTRUCTIONS.

PACKAGING 

All seeds are supplied in clear re-sealable bags and heat sealed to ensure the contents of the bag cannot be tampered with during delivery. All seed packets will be labelled with the following information:-

  • Product Name
  • Date Packed
  • Batch Number
  • Seed Quantity
  • Sow By Date

Your order will be dispatched within 5 days of payment in Royal Mail padded bags

 

If you buy multiple items at the same time you will only pay one delivery charge of 0.70p or £1.20 for overseas orders.
Please request an invoice if you are unsure of how to combine orders together.
Your order will be dispatched within 24-48 hours once we have received your cleared payment by first class Royal Mail. We will email you to confirm that your order has been dispatched and you should expect delivery within 2-3 days there after.
