We post daily (Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays).

Postage discounts apply to items paid for at the same time. We can only discount postage before payment has been made.

Postage and Packaging charges are for a standard service. If you require recorded delivery or any other service, please advise us and we will amend your invoice accordingly.

We accept payment by Paypal, e-cheques, Personal Cheques and Postal Orders. Items will not be sent until payment has cleared into our account, e-cheques take longer and may clear your account several days before it reaches our account.

Payment is required within 7 days of purchase. If you are having problems paying, please contact us immediately to advise us of the delay.

If for any reason you are not completely happy with your purchase you may return your items. Our returns policy is as follows:

When returning the item, please ensure it is adequately packaged.

The item must be returned in its original packaging UNOPENED and in a resalable condition, within 7 days of when you received the item.

Once we have received the item back, when possible, we will offer an exchange or refund the cost of the item excluding p&p charges.
