Glosticks is a trading name of Symbolism Retail Limited a family run business based in Ramsgate, Kent. We have been dealing in glow and novelty products since the summer of 2000. We are a VAT registered business. We source our products from many different sources. China, Japan, Korea and the UK in an effort to bring you the widest possible choice of glow in the dark products available in the UK today. All our glow products where appropriate are approved to CE standards and have been tested to EN71 specifications. They are manufactured by a ISO9001 organization

Payment

We accept payment by: Credit or Debit Card Over the Telephone. Please call us on 01843 581826 Paypal, Postal Orders and Cheques,  All Auction and "Buy It Now" prices include VAT.

Shipping

We take great care packaging every item to ensure safe shipment to you. We charge a postage fee only to cover our costs of materials and labour. Once your order has been processed and we have received cleared payment, your item will be dispatched as soon as possible. Please allow extra time if you are paying by cheque.
