To ensure that your existing castors are 11mm remove a castor from your chair and measure the section of the stem that goes into the chair. 

If the stem is 11mm diameter by 22mm long then this product will fit. 

The last measurement is the tower which is where the stem is located.  This listing is for a 36mm tower.  We also stock a 16mm tower. so check our other listings if you need an 11mm diameter stem with a 16mm tower.
